Employees have largely been denied the right to organize by the sleazy tactics of companies like Amazon and Walmart which turns the idea of two parties agreeing into a bit of a joke

Corporations hate unions for the same reasons that they love illegal immigrant labor. Employers want a workforce that won't complain, or if they do complain they want to be able to fire them or turn them into ICE, the last thing they want is to be forced to negotiate wage, hours or working conditions with a union, that might hurt their "bottom line"

Unions are the reason blue collar workers got the 40 hour work week (with overtime pay), reasonable pay, health benefits, stricter workplace safety standards, and generally had a defense against management crapping on them. Getting rid of unions would take us back to the 19th century.
Can we please stop reliving the glory days from 100 years ago no one argues the positive affect they had back then. As most employment is now non-union it would be a safe bet that we have not relapsed to the 19th century.

Maybe not yet, but Trump and his swamp creatures are working on it...

Employees should be able to unionize if they want, that is freedom of association.

Likewise, employers should be free to terminate those workers' employment or even shut down the branch if they are opposed to dealing with unions, that is both freedom of association and property rights.

Businesses don't have the right to terminate workers who want to join a union. They can close their business but when it comes down to it they never do, they just pout and learn to deal with the union.
