Technically all relationships are mixed relationships since all people are a genetic mix.
Even the concept of "race" is highly problematic to define. Would a white man dating a women who is half white and half black be dating outside his race?
In my opinion, nope. but it is not up to me to decide what he feels whom he should be dating.
They can claim to be black and nobody will blink.
If they could claim to be white and anyone would buy that, it might be a different story.
I am mixed and I have never had anyone ask me or my brothers "what race do I want to be?". I was told I was black by the white side of my family. See, interracial marriages and children were not "IN" in late 1970's and early 80's. My father was a military man with no criminal Hx. but it didn't matter, he was black therefore wrong, and I was an abomination.
May be a surprise to many but if your skin is a shade darker than tanned white, you are black per many in our society including the ones that matter the most, the POLICE. If given the choice I would choose "Kiss my a.." as a race, but I didn't get to choose. Honestly I don't care, I spend more time on this forum talking about race than I do anywhere else.

Where does the line begin and end? If she is a 25% white and 75% black? What if she is 75% white but her 25% black ancestry really shines through and she looks more black? Is he then dating outside his race. See the problems we run into when we define things are such.

Like I said, it is not up to me to decide whom that person wants to date. It is not my concern. Quite frankly, I think people's dating preference should be respected. No one needs to over analyze it.
Your last link already proved you've been passing off falsehoods as truths.
Look at the map I posted. Did you find your "pure race"?
