Isn't it the Left who's constantly crowing about how hate speech isn't free speech?
Apparently now, when they get accused of it, they want to argue that the definition of hate speech is subject to opinion.....

It depends. They're much more accepting when the hate speech is against certain groups.
I'm going to sneak out in the middle of the night and paint the side of a building with a backdrop of Chicago, with blacks pointing guns at each other, and with young teen girls holding babies, and food stamps showering them from above. Let's see how that goes over.

As long as it's just about free speech, how about another mural showing an 10 year old Palestinian kid blowing himself up in order to kill a few Israelis?

Yes, when you view the entire image you get a different perspective. The American flag imagery seems to imply the artist was commenting on the U.S.'s role in the ongoing violence in the world, as the missile is clearly coming out of the U.S. flag. But certain posters here who see anti-Semitism everywhere will ignore that entirely.
It seems more anti-American than anything else.
