And -what a coincidence! - I was responding to someone from Arizona who made a comment about Arizona politics!
I mean, what are the chances that we would both be talking about the same thing!!??
Maybe he will win, maybe he won't. In 2016 Bernie had a huge following and they think he got shafted because the party wanted Hillary. I'm not sure if any voted for Hillary. Maybe they voted for Trump or just stayed home. But Hillary was a horrible candidate...too much baggage. So many democrats just weren't thrilled to vote for her. Now that we've had 2 years of Trump I think many who voted for him feel differently. Personally, I would like to bring back dignity and respect to the highest office.

Lol, you got me on that one, I completely missed the post you were responding to.
Seems to me that it matters most who the Dems nominate.
Biden is a tie because of the type of Democrat that is appeasing to Arizonians. Sen. Sinema is a Senator here not because she is a socialist leaning Democrat but rather is a blue-dog. Arizona is mostly center-right, but Sinema was center while McSally was largely right and aligned with Trump. I have seen the Arizona Republican Party try to knock her for some vote that she allegedly voted for the infantcide bill. Not why, but that she did. I didn't know enough for the bill but it seems like it was put for infantcide to make it outrage over allowing infantcide if they vote no...
The fact of the matter is Trump isn't as liked in Arizona as you may think. McSally lost in the election for Jeff Flake's seat partially due the Trump issue, as well as the attack ads, a number of which she ran herself rather than just through PACs. Arizona is one that maybe in play but to go Berniecrat blue, I don't exactly buy it.
That's about the size of it. He's may not be very popular, but the left has fallen off the page. So far, it looks as if their vote will be split several ways.
The left is more radical than 1960s lefties in 2018. That's a automatic disqualifier in Middle America, including the Rust Belt.

Mcsally lost because both Republican Senators couldn't deliver on an alternative to Obamacare and the high rise cost of healthcare after they promised to. Arizona got hit hard on Obamacare and the high premiums and Mccain and Flake were both frauds. Why keep voting GOP if they are not going to do what they promised to do on immigration and healthcare.
I agree that Biden has a shot in Arizona if he can win the primary (I doubt) . No shot for Bernie against Trump in Arizona.
How do you compare respect and dignity to socialism?
you think we will have dignity and respect with a President who is a socialist and will ruin this country?
