Trump would never tell a lie that big.
How about... “We’re going to have insurance for everybody,” Trump said in press conference Jan. 11. “We’re going to have a healthcare that is far less expensive and far better.”

You are right. That is a much bigler lie.

I've called trump a liar before....but what gets me is that those that hate trump have to put a number on "whatever"...well trump lied this many times....well, obama did not lie as much as trump....

They are both liars, yes?

This is an average of 4.5 per day.

This has cause a lot of people in America to flip out and consider Trump the Liar In Chief.

Here's a list of some of his most outright lies as pointed out by the New York Times: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/...umps-lies.html

Psychologists wrote books on how unfit to lead the country Trump is.

Reviewing a book about the role of falsehood in the “Age of Trump,” MSNBC host Chris Matthews let it all hang out, declaring that the president “lies the way a woodpecker attacks a tree: compulsively, insistently, instinctively.” It feels, he wrote, “as if something has ripped in the fabric of reality of America at this moment.” He labeled Trump a “demagogue,” using the reigning cliché of the mainstream media about the president.

Funny thing is, this is nothing new: During his 1964 Presidential campaign, 1189 psychiatrists labled Barry Goldwater "psychologically unfit" to be President.

So, how do Trump's lies compare with other POTUS's lies?

Nixon: Watergate. Lied about the POTUS involvment in the break-in and coverup.
Kennedy: covered up his precarious health (Addison's disease), denied his extramarital affairs, and lied about the "missile gap" during his campaign.
Clinton: We all remember the Lewinsky thing right?
Obama:“If you like your health care plan you’ll be able to keep your health care plan.”
Lyndon Johnson: We are not about to send American boys 9 or 10 thousand miles away from home to do what Asian boys ought to be doing for themselves.
George Bush and the weapons of mass destruction lies.

I feel like all politicians pander to their crowds. They all lie and switch positions.

In real estate we call it "puffing".

It just seems that everyone who's losing their marbles over Trump's lies have gotten stuck in the now and have forgotten that every, and I mean every single President has been caught in multiple lies in their times in office.

Here is the yuge difference between Trump and every one else. Sure, there is proof that every politician has lied and embellished, we know that. However, don't you think 4 1/2 lies PER DAY , every day, a little concerning ? Trump has lied about everything, and has lied even when he didn't need to lie.

Lying is one thing, being pathological about it is a sickness, and do we really want a sick man running this country ?

For decades, politicians have been ranked at or near the bottom with the public's perceptions of honest jobs in America. Nurses are typically near the top of the honesty pile.

So, if ALL politicians lie, why do we as a people care how many times one's lied to us?

Does it really matter if one lies 5 times per day or just once a week?

Why do we the people allow for this to happen to us over and over again?

Does Obama and his AG (Holder) ring a bell? Operation Fast and Furious?

They ALL do it.

If his lips move he's telling a lie. There has been no other President who lied anyway close to Trump. Trump lies even when he doesn't have to and when it goes against all logic and undermines his purpose. He seems incapable of telling a straight and simple truth.

Trump has a well documented history of compulsively lying for many years before he entered politics. A good look at how his ME! ME! ME! mind works happened after 9/11 when he boasted(falsely) that the fall of the twin towers meant he then owned the tallest building in NYC.
His empathy for the thousands killed and their loved ones is YUGELY! underwhelming.

Not only does he lie, but he usually reverses himself, when called on some lie, and says " I didn't say that !". Just another lie. He is so childlike, and it reminds me so much of a young kid who has been caught doing something wrong. He either blames it on someone else, or creates some lie to try to get out of it.

Trump is really off the rails mental health wise. Don't know if it is old age or just years of living a dishonest life, but there is definitely something very wrong inside his head.
