2012- 14.0. 13.6

2017- 6.8. 7.7
2018- 5.9. 7.7
2019- 6.8. 6.8

Under Obama the black unemployment rate fell from 12.7% to 7.7% (a decrease of 5%)
Under Trump the black unemployment rate fell from 7.7% to 6.8% (a decrease of 0.9%)

Who should be given more credit and praise for decreasing the black unemployment rate, Obama or Trump?

And did Trump actually lower the black unemployment rate, or did Trump inherit a black unemployment rate that has been steadily falling for 9 years?
Your numbers show it was as high as 16.5% so the drop during his presidency is quite remarkable (from 16.5 to 7.9 in 6 years).

How many hours per day did FOX News praise him for that

Well Trump has claimed that he was in office for the lowest black unemployment rate in history which of course is true but its like someone running the last 100 yards of a 5 mile relay and claiming they were responsible for the victory.

NO, Cohen, NEVER said there was "no collusion" - that's a Trump LIE.

Cohen merely said he that he did not witness or know directly of collusion, but suspected it occurred.

...In the course of implicating Trump in other alleged criminal activity, Cohen said he did not witness or know directly of collusion “but I have my suspicions.” He didn’t say “no collusion.”

Cohen told lawmakers: “So, as I stated in my testimony, I wouldn’t use the word ‘colluding.’ Was there something odd about the back-and-forth praise with President Putin? Yes, but I’m not really sure that I can answer that question in terms of collusion. I was not part of the campaign. I don’t know the other conversations that Mr. Trump had with other individuals. There is just so many dots that all seem to lead to the same direction.”

And: “The questions have been raised about whether I know of direct evidence that Mr. Trump or his campaign colluded with Russia. I do not, and I want to be clear. But I have my suspicions...”
