Just because a company comes up with a crazy low bid does not mean it is a legitimate offer or does not have strings attached. You wouldn't accept a contractor to work on your house just because they have the lowest bid. You have to look at the fine print and the details. The problem is that no one knows what Trumps estimate includes. He just grabbed the money, but offers no details. Does it include roads? Electronic surveillance? Or only a wall.....No one knows. All we know is that he grabbed $8 billion from the military for a wall project.
