Why didn't they guy just go home and luck his door, and not talk to the cop?

pknopp is right, chances are good the snowflake power hungry cop roach would have shot him for resisting arrest.

The cop never had any reason to stop and the guy with the bucket should have just simply stated that he lived there and was cleaning the premises, then said nothing else and ignored the cop. This kind of pointless confrontation happens frequently and equipping the cops to kill people, presents a serious danger. Perhaps if a duty shift had a cop with an I. Q. of 100 or higher, that one might be allowed to carry a gun in the car's trunk for true emergencies.
power hungry cop roaches are stupid. the only thing worse than a power hungry cop roach, is a power hungry security roach because they were not even smart enough to get into the police academy.
and by the way, the guy ding the cleaning DID TELL the cop roach that he lived there, the cop roach was far too dense to listen or even accept what the guy said.

nope, cop roaches that pull their guns on people tend to shoot first and then ask questions.

if he pulled out a cell phone the stupid cop roach would probably have thought he was reaching for a gun and shot him "in self defense", and then planted a throw away gun on the guy to bolster his side of the report.
if he had one of those remote trash picking up claws, cop would of shot him saying he had a rifle and he was scared for his life
the cop said in the video several times that he was afraid of the claw because it could be used as a weapon, which is why the idiot cop roach had his weapon drawn.
Stupid AA. All he needed to do is to give the cop his dob and that's all. Instead of this he started a strugle. I'ts all because AA don't have respect to authorities.

Cop had no reason to ask. Man was doing nothing wrong.
For someone who doesn't want to watch a 22+ minute video on a cop going too far, at about what time stamp should I look for? That said, when a cop goes out-of-line, which admittedly is subjective, that cop should be prepared to get sued and/or arrested. I am pro-cop but I am also anti-polic brutality. Thus, I refuse to defend and condone the actions of some cops in certain situations.
