The Catholic teacher teaches prayers .. and he/she teaches that we all have a dad -man and a mom-woman ..
Choose your words better if that isnt what you mean. There are millions of kids without a either a mom or dad.

How do you know her mom wasn't sleeping around with married men when she died? If you do know do you tell a 4-5 year old "your mom is in hell"?
Why would one feel the need to tell a 4-5 year old this?
Should these same kids be told that the president is going to hell for cheating on his wives?
What you are failing to grasp is the nature of children. It will not be the teacher starting this conversation, it will be another child. This is how it will happen: (probably on the playground or at lunch)
Little Johnny: My mom says your two dads are going to roast in Hell unless they repent.
Little Mary: Mrs. Teacher, Johnny just said my daddies are going to roast in Hell unless they repent. Is that true?
Now Mrs. Teacher is in a pickle, because unlike public schools, she also has to follow a religious curriculum and absolutely can not contradict the teachings of the church which - whether she personally agrees with it or not - is that Little Mary’s two dads are going to Hell, or at least purgatory, unless they repent. Even more fun, there is probably going to be follow on questions about what exactly it is that the daddies are doing that is sinful, and why it is wrong.
If Little Johnny tells Little Mary “My mom says Donald Trump is going to roast in Hell for cheating on his wives unless he repents” that is easy. Mrs. Teacher will say Johnny’s mom is right, adultery is against the Ten Commandments, and if he doesn’t repent and ask forgiveness he’ll go to Hell. While she may feel sorry for him, it is unlikely that hearing Donald Trump is going to spend enterity in Hell will devestate Little Mary.
You keep wanting to make this all about the adults in the school, when it is about not putting the child in a position where she may be shunned by peers for something she can not control and that particular school is not capable of sheltering her from it, even if they want to. It is a religious school, they will not, and should not, ignore the tenets of their faith. You can not expect religious schools to not teach their religion.
Those particular parents have tons of other options in schools, to insist on this one school indicates they are more concerned about an agenda than their child.
