Look at his federal budget.

He hasn't done anything to replace/fix the ACA (a supposed "conservative" issue), is on the losing side of the Marijuana issue (or at least hasn't put people in the power to legalize it), his tax cuts haven't helped the middle class much at all, etc, etc, etc.

He might push a handful of conservative legislation and put in conservative judges, but he's not your typical Republican conservative.

Then again, our last 2 Republican presidents started a war, so....
