Mueller's own cohorts don't agree with you at all. As a matter of fact, they disagreed quite strongly.

I would imagine subpeonas will be issued this week for them to tesify. Since they are now private citizens, DOJ cannot short stop it.

Mueller didn't even have enough to call Trump in to talk about it over tea......

"the Special Counsel noted that, in completing his investigation, he employed 19 lawyers who were assisted by a team of approximately 40 FBI agents, intelligence analysts, forensic accountants, and other professional staff. The Special Counsel issued more than 2,800 subpoenas, executed nearly 500 search warrants, obtained more than 230 orders for communication records, issued almost 50 orders authorizing use of pen registers, made 13 requests to foreign governments for evidence, and interviewed approximately 500 witnesses."

....2,800 subpoenas.....and didn't have enough evidence to make the president come in and even talk about it

Your hatred for Trump and his family now has crossed over for anybody in the Executive Branch and let's ruin Barr. Now according to your hate, Barr forced Mueller to end his investigation? LMAO!
We don't need to ruin Barr. He's doing a splendid job of that under his own steam. He has decided to take the risk of throwing away his career for a place in history as Trump's John Mitchell, who, if you remember, went to jail for conspiracy, perjury and obstruction of justice.

His choice.

There is no other plausible explanation for him allegedly "finishing" with cases against the unnamed foreign corporation and Stone's trial upcoming, among other unfinished business. Mueller is not the type who quits before his goals are achieved.

Again: why? The bottom line is you didn't indict anybody. Real prosecutors know you don't get the option of persecution when prosecution isn't possible. In any normal investigation, a prosecutor couldn't come out and say they didn't have enough evidence to prosecute someone, but here's all the dirt we found. And furthermore, Democrats clearly want to use this investigation to have dirt to use on Trump for 2020. That's also not the point of an investigation.

Besides, Barr was critical because basic DOJ policy wasn't followed. They didn't identify an actual crime prior to appointing a Special Counsel. They had a thin, barely legal basis to even investigate Trump to begin with, Russian meddling notwithstanding. In order for Mueller to charge anybody with collusion, he would have to actually prove the meddling took place, which he couldn't do even if the intelligence community believed it. Rosenstein was allowed to oversee the investigation into obstruction while being directly implicated in it (having drafted the letter firing Comey). And it was clear they used the Steele dossier to obtain FISA warrants without telling the FISC. So there were clear infirmities in the case even if Mueller was able to dig up dirt on Trump and his team.

Barr s more like Trumps Michael Cohen.

Trump is a traitor
Nixon was just an ordinary crook, racist, bigot, liar.

Barr was involved getting the pardons for the Iran/Contra conspirators, effectively shutting down that investigation and protecting those higher up.

Perhaps he thinks he can pull this off again.
