Trump and his supporters are trying to de legitimize anyone or anything that poses as a threat to him. Trump knows he's probably going to be getting into trouble based on what the FBI, the CIA, and various state and federal agencies have found and could release at any moment. When that occurs he will of course cry foul.
The FBI is all too well aware of what they are dealing with here- a rogue and out of control president who also happens to have a large amount of supporters whom will eat out his hand and do whatever they're told. And thus its crucial that their case be absolutely air tight and undeniable. These things take time. It was over 2 years with Nixon concerning a much more simple set of circumstances. And so who knows when we will see the full extent of what Trump has done.
so when things don't go your narrative about the Russian hoax then AG Barr and Deputy AG Rosenstein and the DOJ are corrupt and protecting Trump.
so if the CIA and FBI don't find anything on Trump, will you accept it or cry foul?
Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.) in a letter on Monday called on Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) to seek Mueller's testimony, rather than going after Attorney General William Barr, arguing that this is the best path to obtaining transparency.
"If you seek both transparency and for the American public to learn the full contours of the Special Counsel’s investigation, public testimony from Special Counsel Mueller himself is undoubtedly the best way to accomplish this goal," Collins wrote to Nadler.
"To that end, Special Counsel Mueller should be invited to testify before the Committee during the week of April 22. Although the House is expected to be in recess that week, I think we can agree this business is too important to wait, and Members of the Committee will surely return to Washington at such a critical moment in our country’s history," Collins continued.
My narrative isn't about Russian collusion. I'm talking all of the other things still simmering , still under investigation and still unresolved related to Trump and a number of his associates.
So my question to you is if you're confident there's nothing left and that Trump is innocent, then why not release the entire report?
Because that would be against the law. I don't want the entire report that shows classified information and contacts and grand jury testimony.....other than that I have no problem making the report public.
Like I said, if nothing comes back, will you accept it or cry foul?
At the end of the day and to bring this back into focus, nothing says guilty like intentionally withholding information- the bulk of it- from the public. If what is in the report is just fluff and Trump and team proclaims total innocence then naturally it would make sense to release the report in full... right? Why place the country in doubt when releasing the full report could put a tamper on that distrust?
Its likely this report contains a great deal of troubling and damaging information concerning Trump and his admin. While Trump hired Barr because he was able to issue pardons during the Iran-Contra scandal, that was then. This is now and the public is way more informed than they were back then. The stall tactic will fail.
Stall tactic will work while Trump shores up his base.
Though we have no idea what is in Mueller's report, look how many times we've seen, "Mueller says Trump is exonerated," "Mueller says no evidence of collusion." "Mueller says no impeachment." "Mueller says ..."
This is repeated endlessly by the Fox/Breitbart/RT/InfoWars crowd.
By the time the Mueller report comes out, this crowd will have made up their minds.
Similar to the birther conspiracy nonsense. Though this was flakey to begin with and Trump eventually admitted there was nothing to it, about half of the Republicans still believe it.
But to answer your question directly... if by some slight chance he comes out of all this squeaky clean then sure- I will accept that. But he is still an atrocious human being who lies non-stop, the latest that he lied about where his father was born. Does that sit well with you? And if so- why does he get a free pass?
it doesn't matter if the reports come back clean. You hate Trump. You don't need a reason to vote agaisnt him in 2020. You need a reason to hate him more and take him out of office.
Bill Clinton lied about smoking pot in college and not inhaling......that didn't disqualify him. trump grandparents were born in Germany not his father. Why is this a big deal to you, he has been called out it..you want to investigate that further? when you hate somebody so much , you have issues with every little thing they says and does.....LOL
When we get to see Mueller's repot, whenever that might be, I'll be looking for:
1) Evidence on obstruction of justice. Why did Barr say he was not exonerated?
2) I understand the report will provide details of the St. Petersburg-based troll farm called the Internet Research Agency accused that of waging “information warfare” over social media, as well as information on the other Russians who were charged with hacking into the Democratic Party serves and stealing emails that were subsequently leaked to hurt Clinton. I'd like to know what all was involved there.
3) Prosecutor Weissmann told a judge that in Aug., 2016 that meeting between Manafort and Konstantin Kilimnik, a guy with ties to Russian intelligence, “went to the heart of” the special counsel’s investigation. I'd like to know what that was about.
4) What went on with the Trump Tower Moscow deal and why so many lies around it?
5) What came of the interview with George Nader, a consultant to the crown princes of the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, who started cooperating with Mueller last year.

Were there other nations trying to influence the election and were they working with Russia?
You "should" hate Trump too. Something isn't right about a president who constantly lies, attacks people, goes after the free press, cheats during the campaign, makes disparaging remarks about a former POW, cheats on his pregnant wife, makes blistering, vehemently racist comments about immigrants, calls other countries countries, creates tariffs that in turn hurts US auto manufactures, and pages and pages of other crap this imposter does on a nearly daily basis.
Its about time that some of you folks put aside your precious ideologies and get with the program. This guy isn't doing one single thing for you that is positive. If anything it makes the rest of the majority of the country who don't support this man to question your intelligence as well as allegiance to the country and the US constitution.

3) Cheats during the campaign? where is the evidence? how do you cheat in a campaign, you mean to have the primary rigged in his favor? Hillary and the DNC did that, not Trump.....and don't bring Russia, Mueller didn't find any collusion.
4) you mean Senator McCain? I didn't know they made him into St. John during his Senate career and he was hands off. Funny, when he ran for President in 2008 against Obama, Democrats went after him hard calling him a racist and a crazy warmonger old man but I guess that was o.k. under politics.
5) cheating on their wives before they became President disqualifies a President? ..that means FDR, JFK, Clinton, LBJ and many others shouldn't have been Presidents or run for President including John Edwards, Bob Dole, John McCain, and others.
6) illegal Immigrants are not a race, they all come in all colors and if a President is against illegal immigration that doesn't make him a racist.
7) Some countries are .......that doesn't disqualifies a President. Presidents in the past have bombed those $hithole countries or put so many sanctions that hurt the poor people of those countries but you have a problem with just the word "$hithole" not our actual foreign policy? LOL
8) Tariffs are policies. Trump is doing this so those countries stop charging tariffs for our products and we trade with our competitors on a even playing field. You could be for it or against it, I hardly call that a disqualification of a President.
As I said, when you hate a person so bad you'll find any little thing he does or says offensive or impeachable when in reality is not, it's just your hate. That's why it's impossible to have a neutral conversation with people like you putting things under perspective.

No, attack can also mean a verbal attack. As seen when CNN had to shut down their studio, his words have influence.
Do you actually watch the news? He is currently under investigation for paying off two porn stars, one AFTER he was elected. That is against the law. So he cheated by trying to silence incriminating evidence that would have likely cost him the election.
You seem to make little of the fact that He was ridiculing a POW for getting caught. That's especially damning seeing as how his former lawyer informed the congress that Trump weaseled his way out of having to serve. In other words, the man is a coward. I guess you like that sort of thing then...
