Now that the NY Supreme Court has ruled with a new opinion, it gets to go up to the SCOTUS again should Trump contest it.

Who won't hear it because its settled law. LOL! The NY court doesn't have a new opinion. They have the same opinion handed down by the supreme court.

Uh- nope.

Settled law and all that. SCOTUS doesn't have any power when there's no disagreement in the points of law.
