As nearly as I can tell, she needed permission to post things on the walls. This would be a very common requirement. She says she didn't know. Well, OK. Now she does know.
It isn't religious discrimination if everyone is required to get permission to post on the walls.
The article you cited doesn't give us enough info to determine whether her problem is actually religious discrimination. It does mention, however, that the school has religious clubs, who do manage to publicize themselves, so...

From the looks of it, the Bible verses were directly targeting LGBT students. The article conveniently leaves out which Bible verses she used and other details. Here's the other side of the story.

No student group or student or teacher can post anything without prior approval.
This has nothing to do with the Bible verses and everything to do with the student doing something they don't have approval to do.
If you have kids you would know this.
Nothing goes up in public spaces in any school without approval from the administration.
And like most parents (conservative & liberal) today, this parent chooses to defend their child not following procedures, disobeying the rules anyway she can.
This isn't even about separation of church and state because as the Principal clearly states in the article -- other school groups post religious related items -- but they ALWAYS get approval as does the gay groups, the sports groups, the art groups, etc.
But you have no problem with the gay group actively spreading their propaganda and promoting their anti-Christian lifestyle in a public school?
I was under the impression that love one another, and treat all as you wish to be treated were Christian tenants. Thank you for pointing out that they're sectarian and "pro gay propaganda". That Jesus was sure anti-Christian...
