Trump of old- Mexico will pay for the wall, maybe with a check.
Trump Today- The taxpayers will pay for the wall and Trump will use an un-constitutional action. All because he did not get it done when the GOP controlled the entire Govt.

I've seen it 3 times already--once on the ABC Evening News and it is quite boring, I assure you. We don't need to watch Trump sign a piece of paper like he's the king signing an edict, self-important bozo that he is.
Is there a crucial informational reason we need to watch Trump sign yet another piece of paper with his horrendous scrawl?
