Your poll question is very biased. Using the terminology "anti vaxxer" has negative undertones designed to discredit people who might not want to receive every single vaccination without question.

How about using less biased terminology? How about a third or fourth option? Something like I'm not anti vaccination, but would not want vaccines to be mandatory for everyone by the government because I believe in personal freedom.

You also asked us to explain why we are pro/anti vaccination, which you did not.

Vaccines for communicable diseases need to be given to anyone who chooses to live among other people. It's a public health issue and "personal responsibility" isn't a factor.

Vaccines to protect you from diseases that only harm the individual I don't care about.

I'm pro-vaxxer for the diseases that are important, especially polio, smallpox, etc.

I'm antivax for otherwise healthy people for chicken pox and flu.

Because the vax gives you imperfect immunity, and may lead to other side effects.

Most life saving? I don't know about that.

I think maybe once the science of blood transfusions was worked out, that's maybe #1.

Actually, #1 is probably IV hydration.

Maybe antibiotics is #1.

Has the flu vax saved a lot of lives? I don't know, it seems it's really difficult to get that year's strain right.

Chicken pox? Waste of time, IMHO. You just have to get a booster and we don't know when exactly the vax wears off.

Do "pro vaxxers" support an ever increasing amount of vaccinations given to young children without question? Is there ever a limit to the growing amount of vaccines you'd accept? Or the more vaccines the better?

Are "pro vaxxers" ever concerned that governments and big pharmaceutical companies profit enormously from vaccines?

Should parents who don't vaccinate their kids with every single vaccine, be ostracized, or worse? Should they have their kids taken away by the government by wanting to do what they think is best for them?

Do the ever increasing amounts of vaccines given to young children hurt them in any way, or is it all sunshine and rainbows? Does it compromise their developing immune systems? Is the ever growing number of allergies, illnesses, cancer, disorders and diseases have any link to an increasing amount of vaccines?

Even if you're very pro vaccination, you should be able to see why some people question the wisdom of an increasing amount of vaccinations.
