We won't. But, it goes without saying that Trump will claim a Great Deal. It will be as good as the better and cheaper health care for all he was going to put in. As solid as the balanced budget.
I think any step that Trump can take with China toward better trade relations is a good thing even if nothing comes of it the question will at least be raised that there is a disparity.
We can say the same thing about Trump and North Korea. Kim Ding Dong might be renewing his nuke program now but guess what the world noticed during the year long pause of his test launches etc...
Getting Kim to the table twice was Huuge.
I can't help but think about the great negotiators Obama and Kerry that gave Iran everything they wanted including handing back hundreds of millions to them IN CASH to "help" them with their nuke program... All that talking Kerry did while outside the crowds chanted "death to America" sorry guys you can't buy the friendship of people that are vowed to kill us... And to think that after all that Kerry still couldn't get the hostages freed.
Doubtful. We are borrowing money from China to pay farmers not to sell to China. I wonder what the cost to Americans is so far.
Would you prefer we allow most of the farmers to go belly up, or have to drastically raise their (your) prices? China borrows money and does pretty much the same thing. The only difference is, they are subsidizing their manufactures and material producers in order to put American, and now global manufacturers out of business. They borrow money to corner the market, and that hurts everyone trying to compete in a fair, free market.
