It would be refreshing if they targeted his ideas and beliefs, rather than this stupid stuff about his name, and a few indiscretions in his youth, that there by the grace of God go most of us.

I've seen a number of conservatives today claiming that he transferred $4 or 4.5 million of unused campaign funds from last year to the Texas Democratic Party, and that they just donated it back too his presidential campaign. Don't know yet if that's true, but if it is, it sure would be a lousy start for him to begin his campaign on such a blatant lie.




I'm further left than 95% of Americans, and I can't stand the guy. He's an airhead and a fraud.

That is a bit of a stretch considering he made those donations prior to last year's race actually ending. Also, the FEC filing deadline and when the reports are due is 4/15 for the quarter ending 3/31, so the full breakdown will be out soon enough.
