UPDATE
The Twitter account “Devin Nunes’ cow,” which professes to be “hanging out on the dairy in Iowa looking for the lil’ treasonous cowpoke,” has more than 550,000 followers as of this morning. ( Thursday)

That is a dramatic increase from the 1,000 or so before Rep. Nunes filed his lawsuit, on Tuesday, accusing the cow's account (@DevinCow) of defamation.
Nunes’s own verified account has 396,000 followers.

"Legal experts question its chances of success"

What they really mean is that legal experts heard about the lawsuit and could not stop laughing that someone would be stupid enough to bring such a claim, which will be laughed out of court, probably get the plaintiff's lawyer sanctioned for bringing a frivolous suit, and is destined to increase the mockery of Rep. Nunes exponentially.

Cow Power!

I'm so happy that we don't hear much about him anymore. One of the more insufferable people in Congress.

Devin Nunes' Cow now has more followers than Devin Nunes!
The account also has more followers than the congressman had votes in November’s election

And he's right.

Not under current law.

And should they change the law to make Twitter liable for an account holder defaming someone, Trump would have to change his ways.
