Another irresponsible gun owner leaving a gun unsecured, this time in a vehicle.

By the way, what IS it with kids these days that point a gun at people and pull the trigger?

When I was that age, no way would I ever have thought to aim a weapon at anyone and attempt to shoot them, play or not. Maybe an obvious cheap plasticky water gun, sure, but a solid looking gun?

A mother is in critical condition after her eight-year-old son accidentally shot her, believing a gun he found at a college baseball game in Millington, Tenn. was a toy.

The gun's owner, Charles McFarland Jr., 76, was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, as per a statement released by the Millington Police Department.

Gimmeabreak.

A water gun? Playing cops and robbers? So you didn't have a toy gun. Good for you.

As a child, I heard You're dead and you know it!! more times than I can remember from neighborhood kids--and my own brothers--and none of 'em grew up to be killers.

But we get the picture: you found another example in your mission to expose irresponsible gun owners.

Congratulations.
