Well MAGA and his "less government" pen should eliminate that law.

EV's are rapidly coming online. Don't expect diesel to last long also.

You're not counting existing vehicles, unless you want to use the big government you're decrying against to instantly make the ICE (both gasoline and diesel) illegal, forcing everyone to immediately switch to electric. Yeah, that wouldn't destroy the economy and instantly bankrupt those who can't afford a $70k Tesla......

Spoke to an Anarcho Capitalist who promoted that idea.
I agree with a lot of Libertarian ideas, but toll booths everywhere seem like a royal pain in the azz.
Oh, go online and give the "owners" of the road your credit card info? Not so compatible with extreme Libertarianism me thinks.
Big government stinks, so does big business. Pick your poison.

Nobody uses toll booths anymore. It's all cameras and billed to your mailing address.

First, Tesla's are 35K now. And their trucks are proven more reliable and less expensive on maintenance. You can pound sand all you want, but ev's are the future.

EV's are NOT the future unless battery technology becomes drastically better, and there is infrastructure put in place. People only by EV's of the GOVERNMENT (taxpayers) heavily subsidize them. The cost benefit isn't there, nor is the ability to meet the needs of the vast majority of consumers. That is why there are so few on the road.

Again tolls go on top of the big government taxes that we already pay for the same roads. Government is now a for profit business.
