Depends. I would tend to think it is. Mostly because it allows them to keep poking around. I think they would be better served by other investigations, but this one is still valid. Lets recognize that Barr has a ..... unique view of presidential obstruction that quite literally got him his job. So I think its appropriate for the House and Senate to look at it as Barr LITERALLY cannot charge the president, so really cannot decide the issue. Only congress can.



Now Trump supporters will disagree of course-the problem for them is....Democrats arent really worried about Trumps base's opinion. Its not like they were going to vote for a Democrat. The middle ground folks will be swayed by things that come out about it, but probably dont care about it being investigated.

I think they have to worry about the tables being turned on them and now they'll be investigated.
