I doubt it. Well likely see a Democrat by 2028 as any trends in the past 60 years is two to three terms top before the White House flips. Also I don't see Cruz being president. The guy is a total tool. I said that four years ago when he was the first Republican to throw his name in the hat.

2. There wasn't any meeting like that involving the Trump campaign; and
3. No, we shouldn't investigate because getting dirt on an opponent is 100% legal.
Nunes is no hero. He is a villian. Will be known as the waterboy for Trump that helped to cover things up.
There is nothing to cover up. There is not even an ALLEGATION that there was anything to cover up. The collusion claim was just a conclusory lie with no actual specific allegations underlying it.

They couldn't probe nor disprove there was explicit communication between the Trump campaign and Russia about the election meddling. The problem is, there was a LOT of smoke to go through to find that there wasn't a fire. What's so wrong with investigating to find that there wasn't a fire?

You misunderstand. We're talking about something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Something that has no connection to any alleged meddling.
We're talking about Strzok, Page, Ohr, and the Hillary campaign conspiring to conduct illegal surveillance of the Trump campaign and DOJ and FBI agents conspiring to try to keep Trump from taking office by trying to find something -- anything -- they could use as ammunition. They weren't investigating collusion, because that was something made up later as a different way of taking out Trump.
