Republicans will accept hundreds of thousands of deaths from a white president but not healthcare from a black president. Sad.

That's is precisely what bothers conservatives most of all about government health care. There are far too many worthless people out there not worthy of it, because they're deadbeats, drug addicts, alcoholics, users and con artists, or in other words, people who think they were born with the world owing them a living from cradle to grave.

I'm a liberal Democrat and I opposed Obamacare from the beginning.

Why? Because Obama adopted a conservative plan for healthcare that was the product of none other than The Heritage Foundation. It entrenched the private insurance industry for generations to follow.

If the Supreme Court overturns it, I estimate we'll have some type of single payer healthcare system within a decade. The private insurance industry can still exist to provide supplemental insurance. And it would seem logical private companies would like to jettison an unspoken obligation and expense to provide healthcare for their employees.

In the short time Trump has remaining in office, he isn't going to be doing anything to the ACA, as long as there's a democratic majority in the House. He's making idle threats to appeal to his low-information base, which his narrow thought processes make him think has enough numbers to reelect him.

ACA was a total disaster, where have you been?

The people who pay little or nothing sure love it, though.
