Read less comics! In Germany there was a theory " super the nations ", they did not have a technology of cloning and genetic changes!

How is ensuring everyone is free of genetic diseases, more intelligent, and more attractive not rational? I also find it odd that you mention the parents, how come no mention of what the government might do? I'd trust most parents more than any government.
