Geragos has not been charged in the case. He was only listed in the indictment as a co-conspirator.

Thank goodness the GOP has only had some of the sitting President's top advisors during his campaign and while serving in the White House who have been tried and found guilty or have plead guilty to criminal charges. Because of course that pales in comparison to a TV pundit in charge of absolutely nothing being accused of something bad.

Let's not forget unindicated co-conspirator with Cohen in campaign finance violations, scamming charities and students, lies about Russian business ties and contacts, multiple guilty pleas and indictments within his campaign, multiple investigations into his augural committee, organizations, companies etc. We can't leave out the policy lies like the fake border emergency of the wall that Mexico would pay for and denuclearization of NK.
