Who keeps a gun in their trunk? No one with this stupid stock is going to GET TEN YEARS max sentence. Why are you fear mongering? Are you that afraid of weapons?
You can get a max sentence for anything just like a DUI but, unless you are a complete moron not going to happen. Stop any LE and ask them.
