She's actually not sitting in his lap...she's sitting in a different chair that is scooted up next to him....but that only makes it slightly less creepy in some ways....and even more creepy in others:
That's my favorite Biden picture, hands-down. The look on those bikes' faces was pure gold. He really gets off on smelling hair I noticed. He does it over & over.
No surprises here - the usual Left Wing Loony Toons try to deflect from Creepy Joe's totally inappropriate behavior because they either (a) approve of it or (b) are willing to overlook it because of their own TDS.
