No, it's not about policy - if it was you would be able to count the major legislation that Trump has passed. About zero.
Being more specific, for you it seems to be about "what he lies about concerning policy" or "bigly words and threats" about policy,
There is a difference between reality and Reality TV.
This is where the disconnect is between authoritarians and logic/reason/proof. Authoritarians believe what their "current authority figures" say. Reasonable people use measurements.
This is why Trump is rated dead last among all POTUS in history. That judgement is not something which moves very much up and down....it just is, because it measures actual reality as concerns our Constitution and progression as a free people.

Even partisans like yourself can step back and wonder "how is it that I rate him as one of the best...and yet everyone else rates him as the worst?".
There has to be a disconnect there. We're not talking about whether someone is #2 or #5 or in the middle of the pack. We are talking about a complete cognitive disconnect and opposite world.
Putin would rate him highly tho. So would Duerte, so there is that.

As I'm sure other realize, to be dead last in anything takes some doing. A monkey will score 33 1/3% in a 3 question multiple choice. While GW was the first POTUS in recent history I could definitively say I know MUCH than (in most every subject), Trump makes GWB look like a capable genius.
