I used to think he might have a coke problem (not unusual for celebrities and high rollers), especially with that sniffling, but lately I think it's probably allergies or something with the confusion and lapses which comes with advancing age ...
With that lifelong fast food fondness of his he probably should watch carefully for blockages in his carotid arteries. That could possibly explain some of his mental weirdness.
Given his diet and weight, I believe it is impossible for him not to have Type II diabetes.
Insulin resistance and Type II diabetes have been connected to Alzheimer's.
"Researchers have known for several years that being overweight and having Type 2 diabetes can increase the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease. But they’re now beginning to talk about another form of diabetes: Type 3 diabetes. This form of diabetes is associated with Alzheimer's disease."
...
Someone needs to tell him to lay off twitter and get some sleep. The stress is getting to his brain.
He needs to lay off Twitter, for sure, but he will never be without stress.
We know, and he knows we know ... what he's been up to. This has become a cat and mouse game. Trump knows we are onto him, and once he leaves office all hell will break loose.
This coming election campaign will be literally a fight for his life. He will do whatever it takes ... WHATEVER it takes to stay in office because he does not want government paid accommodations in Marion, Illinois.
That appears to be where things stand now. His father was not born in Germany. Windmills don't cause cancer. Etc.
Remember a few months ago when he kept wandering off from bill signings and so forth? Now it appears that someone is always by his side, directing him, whenever he's in public.

Why is Trump so ashamed of his dad's American birth?
Kind of sad.
So what you're saying is that Trump shouldn't be president because his ancestors should never have been here in the first place?
Interesting analysis of Bannon's "Bottom Third" strategy that we see play out here every day on this forum.
"The Bottom Third strategy was perfected by Internet scammers over a decade ago. Know why those e-mails from billionaire Nigerian princes contain so many spelling errors? It’s not because the scammers are semi-literate, it’s because their targets are."
"Misspelled subject lines, like misspelled MAGA memes, are great filters. They are quickly dismissed by educated people, so those folks won’t stick around to expose the scam. The scam doesn’t actually work if you use reason, evidence, and grammatical sentences."

To me, anyone who looks people in the eye and tells them lies that are easily disproved is also telling them he thinks they're truly idiots who'll believe anything he says.
