even the LA Times has spoken up about this farce. Is he just trying to stand by his promise to cause pain and suffering to our president? Or is he recruiting voters? Or does he really want to find the root cause of why these people are rushing our borders in spite of the $$$$ the US gives them?
Why not pull the money back (Applauding Trump for this Decision), if they're still sending their derelicts of society to our country knowing Gavin and the other dems will welcome them with open arms at the taxpayer's expense?

Mike, you may be on to something. Now someone has got to be funding those caravans. I surely hope it's not coming from his slush fund. All the taxes he's imposed already and hoping to impose (sorry I don't recall all) seem to go right in to the general fund which means it can go for anything - like his own personal expense account courtesy of all those who voted the guy into office. So who knows. There's too little transparency here in CA. We need to call this joker out. It concerns me that his only platform in running for the office was to fight our president and we need to tax more. Baffles the mind that he's now spending time in El Salvador making deals(?), who knows?
Because the trip is at the tax payers expense, and he wants to see what his state will look like when more of those fine folks get through and settle in.
Some Democrats never cease to disgust me. Wasting taxpayer money supporting the plight of would-be illegal immigrants (and outside of the country at that) while millions of his fellow citizens continue to struggle at home. Talk about priorities.
