Who's your daddy?

Trump steps back from Mexico border threat as companies warn of economic fallout.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-u...urce=applenews

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the largest U.S. business lobbying group, has been in contact with the White House to discuss the “very negative economic consequences that would occur across the country,” said Neil Bradley, the group’s top lobbyist, on a call with reporters.

Like the article said, it's about supply chains, not illegal labor.

I don’t care. Shut it down and blame the Mexicans.

Absolutely. I heard a report on NPR today talking about the same thing. It will even affect the auto industry. Trump says he's willing to take the economic hit for immigration. I don't think so.

Trump won't do that. He's too worried about the economy, despite what he says. Remember the shutdown?

Shutting the border is not shutting down the government. We can live without the crap imported from Mexico.

You missed my point. BTW the crap imported from Mexico is what is on your table. Unless you don't eat fruits and vegetables or grow your own. You might want to educate yourself as to what is supplied to the US from Mexico. Trump will not shut the Mexican border. He just shoots off his mouth and keeps having to backtrack because he is clueless. Just like he did with the shutdown. That was my point.

In a debate over why Ron Paul supporters became Donald Trump supporters, a guy on 4chan remarked, "They are just people who get annoyed easily."

There is a little AOC in everyone.
