This topic is about Kamala Harris and her comments on Democrats whose vote she is seeking. Not your "opinion" of Republicans. Obviously we understand why you can't address the OP as much as you say that you are biased towards the Democrats.

Everything I have said is about her comments. She wasn't talking about Democrats thought, - you added that part. What she says is true today, and it was true during Obama era when Republicans suffered from mental anguish over all kinds of things (true, or imagined). It was especially true during Bush years with Iraq war, terror, and economic collapse.

Its natural that those who are in a tough spot, sick, disabled, or retired on a low budget, would be stressed to hear politicians talk about cutting your healthcare, or pension. If you are a farmer who exports to China, you'd be concerned about the trade wars killing your business. Ridicule it all you want, but its common sense. At least the other poster admitted having anguish during Obama years.

Let's see. In a speech about putting Democrats back in control of Washington, why that audience should voted for Democrats, she said.
“These last two years and some months have certainly caused a lot of us to start speaking to an inanimate object called a television,” Harris said, drawing laughter from the crowd. “And to shout at that thing. It has caused a lot of us to go through individual and group therapy. It has caused a lot of us to feel a bit of despair, and depression, and anxiety, and fear. And I say don’t let the bad guys win. Don’t let them win when they are spewing hate and trying to divide us.”
So yes, she didn't say Democrat if you want to be obtuse about it. But we all know why that's the case too. It's about discrediting the premise of the OP. I get it. You are entitled to your opinion.

IMO, the establishment wants to turn Harris into Hillary 3.0. Their problem, Kamala isn't up to the task.

How ironic -- to be admonishing someone else to stay on topic, when you can't even stay on topic in your own thread.

Kamala Harris said nothing about Democrats.

Right, she is not. Most Dems in their army of candidates are not.

Here is one thread title which drips with fear and mental anguish which the Republicans are from suffering today. See the wording "frightening" and "terrifying". Not surprising the OP was quick to agree with the sentiment.

"The Democratic party has moved frighteningly far left in a very short time and it is terrifying"

She was speaking to a Human Rights Campaign fundraiser, so the 'us' didn't mean only Democrats, but all who are left/liberal/ 'progressive,' ant-Trump like Harris.

Was she serious or joking when she said: "It has caused a lot of us to go through individual and group therapy."

Most likely a joke.

Who the heck could have in all conscious voted for Hillary. Probably the most evil, corrupt, scheming woman who ever lived.
The thing is, pretty much all of these same such people think Hillary didn't get elected, at least in part, because she is a woman. In all reality, what caused Hillary not to get elected, at least in part, is that she was caught up in so many scandals it would have been dangerous for America's well being to have a person with such habits to fulfill that position of authority. The secret server was just a very small piece of all the corruptness of Hillary. Hillary as POTUS would have been like a pedophile as a kinder garden principal. Now had the Dems brought in an honest woman, they may have had a chance.
