The flat earth society is an international society that actually believes the world is flat. Interestingly the leaders of this movement also believe in global warming.

In contrast to the scientific method, the basis of which states that the "null hypothesis" must be refuted to prove a given hypothesis, the flat earthers adhere to the zetetic method, which uses sensory observations and "logic" to arrive at their conclusions.

AGW fails to disprove the null hypothesis. Thus, in rational, real science, AGW is considered an unproven hypothesis. Yet this does not stop the AGW believers from calling AGW "settled science".

Interestingly, the major proponants of the flat earth society also ardently believe in AGW, as their "zetetic method" supports this presumption, and reject the "scientific method" (which forms the basis of all modern science). In this regard, AGW and the flat earth society share belief in the same "zetetic method" and reject the scientific method in arriving at their conclusions.
