The report is entitled TSA Needs to Improve Efforts to Retain, Hire, and Train Its Transportation Security Officers.

Low pay, confusion, incompetence, lack of leadership, and molesting grandmas is a recipe for dissatisfaction.
I have been told if you are warm and breathing you can be hired by TSA.

How many people are happy with their jobs / employers, regardless of who employs them? Of them, how many lower wage employees are happy in their job and/ or with their employer, regardless of who employs them?

Average hourly TSA pay is reportedly $16/ hour with excellent benefits, including a 75% subsidy on healthcare insurance.

You too have a CHOICE.You are free to renounce your citizenship and relocate to one of the handful of countries that do not tax income, assuming they will have you.

Where do front line TSA employees go that would result in equal-higher wages, opportunities for OT, holiday pay, equal- better benefits and a working environment more to their liking?

No doubt, some find it easier to stay and continue to poison the air with attitude, while others see nothing but endless opportunities for growth with a more mature attitude and eye on the long term.

Where?

It costs $2500 to renounce. If I was truly free it wouldn't cost $2500.

Slaves had a CHOICE to escape from the plantations.
Women have a CHOICE not to be raped.

See how ridiculous that sounds?

What’s ridiculous is the constant moaning about how unfree you are.
