Why do below average to average men believe they are entitled to "good" (and, based on criteria listed, above average) women?

What is the measure of a person's worth?

It is true for both sides...if someone is only willing to date someone who is a model, a millionaire, etc. and they are nowhere near that...there's a remote chance, but usually it isn't going to happen. They could be happy with someone who is similar to their own level of income, general attractiveness, etc. but some are their own worst enemy in this respect.

A lot of men now admit to preferring "meat on the bones", so there you have it. You did it to yourselves.

They "admit" it only to score pc points. It's like women that say "oh, height is not an issue" but for some reason all her past and present boyfriends are 6'4

Is the average woman in your area 50lbs overweight? If so, that would make a lot of sense, no?

Men like those huge butts now. It IS a thing. It is almost impossible for the average woman to have a tiny waist and a huge butt, so they just put on weight everywhere. Maybe if men had not embraced this fetish, and that is what it is, women would not feel so comfortable porking out.

I don't believe entitlement has much to do with it.
There's nothing wrong because it's a normal human need rooted in biology.

Sex and love itself, yes. It's entitled to think you should be able to date the equivalent of a Hollywood celebrity, for example, even though you (general) are nowhere near that level in attractiveness, money, personality, whatever. Yes, we all want hot people, but you are more likely to find success with someone on or near about the same level as you.

Can be either men or women who think this and shoot themselves in the foot and cause their own problems, but for this thread, it's about the men who think this way.
