Every civilized first world country. But if you are okay with being "as good as" Somalia and the Congo, good for you. I view my country as being capable of being better than those backward third world countries, but apparently you don't.

The bottom line is that you are perfectly happy having healthcare on par with failing third world countries, and you don't believe the U.S. is capable of anything better. You have a very low opinion of your own country's capabilities.
I, on the other hand, think we should be striving to emulate other first world countries who manage to take care of their citizens, and not nations that are failing to do so. I strive to move us up, while you gleefully race to the bottom.

Jude meant first world countries, and last I checked there are people of all ethnicities living in several first world countries. There are black people in Canada, the UK and France.
