He wants as much chaos and harm as possible done to these Americans. There is no other way to explain why he would let loose into the cities people who he thinks are rapists and murderers and drug dealers. I think what we see in comments like those from the OP is that these people are really very low-information people who truly do not understand the immigration situation. When they scream that illegals should have a right to be here, they don't really know what they're saying because they really just don't have the information necessary to form a coherent point.
Sanctuary cities are already all solid blue, there's no benefit for democrats to add more government leeches to democrat run cities. The whole reason democrats want more illegals in the country is to start flipping areas that aren't blue.

People in blue cities have been telling us for years that illegals are great people, contribute to society and commit fewer crimes than US citizens. In fact, people in those cities assist illegals in breaking our laws. So tell me why those same people now oppose illegals being released there? Certainly the people that made those claims were smarter than Trump and knew more about illegals than he did.

Democratic lawmakers and liberal judges have made it impossible to keep illegals in detention, let alone simply stop them at the border. They are going to be released somewhere. Far better some state or city that has enabled that situation, supports illegals and aids them in breaking the law, than to release them in some city where the residents are smart enough to know that our policy regarding illegals is moronic.

Trump didn't want these people anywhere in our country at all. But since the Democrats are insisting that they be let into the country, better to direct them toward their own backyards.

Fine. Then when those illegals show up, no money will be spent to deport them. Can you show me where it specifically says, in the laws of this country, that the president can't do what he's proposing?
