Except some states are saying their EC votes are going to popular vote winner. If a valid candidate is barred from some state ballots, how could they win the popular vote.

This is nothing more than a liberal coup.

None of those things should exist in the first place.

Well doesn’t that just make things a tad more exciting! Trump’s been continually promising to release his tax returns, but can’t stop lying about reasons not to; I guess he doesn’t have a choice anymore should this pass the Illinois House....
It's illegal for a state to change the laws to prevent a party from being on the ballot....think about Dumycraps, if states could make up laws like this, every Red state will make requirements that prevent Dummycrats on their ballots....you guys are so freaked out about Trump you make stupid ridiculous moves that will kill you in the future....funny though.

You do realize there's already a process for this, right? They have to disclose every debt, financial holding and source of income. What do you think a tax return would show that's not covered by that?

How is this “preventing a party from being on the ballot”? You’re so worked up that you aren’t reading this situation properly, whatsoever.

Every state could make up some requirement....say red states could say that unless you support pro life, you can't be on the ballot

It won't, no chance unless the entire nation made a law that Presidential candidates have to disclose their tax returns which isn't going to happen.....funny to see the Dims jerking off this way though.
