One can easily find multiple places to live within a 20 minute drive from Irvine, CA where 1 bedroom apartments can be found for ~$1,000 (instead of $1600 she uses) which instantly wipes out that that $571 monthly defect she presents as some sort of hard, unavoidable expense.

I dislike corrupt bankers of which Dimon is one. I'll ask you.....Dimon has a branch manager. That manager has an employee lose that branch millions of dollars. What do you suppose will happen to that manager?
Also me pointing out that you did not back up your claims makes you lazy, not me. It's how you are supposed to back up your arguments.
