People in fitness circles know who Joyce Vedral is. She was one of the first women to promote resistance training for average women, not just bodybuilders. I started with her videos many years ago, got good results and went on to try many other 'fitness gurus' videos and DVDs.
It turns out she was a long time customer at this spa and talks about her experiences. Quite different
