What in the **** kind of barbaric savage does something like this? We have failed if this is the kind of human beings we raise.

Latest reports are that he has died.
OMG! I just heard the child was still in critical condition but expected to survive.

This barbarian has a long history of violent crimes.

See "a troubled history" section of this article:
Boy thrown over railing at Mall of America remains hospitalized - StarTribune.com

The guy may have mental issues, but he is completely aware of what he is doing as he is doing it. He had a restraining order against him going to the Mall of America because he had so many incidents of violence there. He seems to have targeted certain areas, the MoA and Sumner Library were his favorite places to become violent.

This is the face of evil

What would drive this animal to throw a baby over a 40' railing?

Thank God! I couldn't find anything stating the condition had changed. I hope this is true, it broke my heart.

The boy, whose first name is Landen, is in stable condition, “still very much with us and fighting,” he said in a Facebook message.

Organizers wrote on Landen’s GoFundMe page that he is “the sweetest kindest 5 year old you will ever meet. His soul is soft and gentle and instantly brings a smile to everybody he meets.” Within two hours of the page’s creation, donations had rocketed past organizers’ initial goal of $50,000.
That's good and stable condition is great! That poor kid.

Stable condition could mean almost anything when uttered by a layman. I read Landon was not breathing after the fall. It sounds pretty grim to me. Praying can’t hurt.

The police chief said this afternoon in a press conference that he is "alive and fighting for his life".
