No, I didn't. What are you talking about? I was responding to the post of another. You quoted my reply to another poster. I then replied to you and quoted you exactly and even agreed with you on the "legal conclusion." Read it again.
The underlying issue of my original post is the meaning of "evidence developed" and "no evidence." Original poster said "no evidence." That is WRONG. There was "evidence developed" - just not of the quality to meet the "charging" criteria. This is not an issue of semantics, it is an issue of misrepresentation - "evidence developed" does not mean "no evidence."

What part of the special council indefinitely stating "The investigation led by Robert S. Mueller III found no evidence that President Trump or any of his aides coordinated with the Russian government’s 2016 election interference" wasn't clear the first time?
The investigation is over and people are moving on. Try focusing on an actual campaign that can win for next year.

11 legal experts have gone on record to say that's not how it works. There's at least 2 cases that helped to set the precedent (Martha Stewart and Scooter Libby).
Both were "gotcha" process "crimes" ...... FBI 302's state "they LIED" and that means prison.
Flynn and Papa guy were the the same thing -- their "crime" was that an FBI 302 said "they LIED".
The "precedent" appears to be IF the FBI or Special Counsel needs a "gotcha" - then they use a 302 that say "they LIED to the FBI" -- IF the FBI/DOJ needs a "get out of jail free/make they go AWAY" - then the "precedent" become "there has to be INTENT".
It's a great SCAM and the public is not stupid, they can see the SCAM -- especially when the Leftist Media talks about the Collusion Delusion and the President is a Russian Agent - TREASON/TRAITOR

That's bogus. They're talking about something different and pretending it's the same. Martha Stewart wasn't convicted of anything requiring proof of a "corrupt" intent, which is the only context in which the existence of an underlying crime would be relevant.

based off a 4-page summary of the report written by his handpicked AG, Donald Trump claimed he was "totally exonerated."
But now that Mueller's entire write up is being released soon, Trump's legal team is preparing a counter-report to the Mueller report -- a counter to the report that originally proved Trump innocent?!?!?!
