No I give a damn about the constitution. I also posted condemning Trump’s violation of the Constitution with his latest emergency declaration. You Democrat’s and Republicans don’t give a damn about the Constitution. I do.

A little warning Roe v Wade is dependent on zones of privacy being created by the first, third, fourth, fifth and ninth amendments. Suddenly liberals on this thread support a strict reading of the fourth amendment. It’s a bit humorous because you would attempt to Bork any judge nominated who followed that method.

Legally required to or not, Trump refusing to release his taxes A) after he said he would SEVEN TIMES in 2016 and B) all previous presidents have going back almost 40 years, it doesn't look good.

If there's nothing to hide, why not just release his tax returns so Trump can "stick it to dems" when they find nothing?

There is stuff to hide. Politically embarrassing stuff I am sure. Does not justify violating Trump’s constitutional rights to obtain.

Probably controversial large deductions for Viagra pills.

All previous Presidents were career politicians. A neutral party would understand the significance of that.

Then you better study up on law a little. This was changed some time ago, where it is legal for Congress to get access to someone's tax returns. Trump is no better than you and me.

Trump was foisted upon America because the right wing has zero respect for the American people. He has cheated and lied his way through his entire life and has stolen from fellow Americans time and time again. He is a low life and the USA's version of Idi Amin.

Absolutely there is LOL. That's exactly why Trump doesn't want to release them.

Part of me wishes dems would "return the favor" when a dem wins in 2020 and the incoming POTUS refuses to release their tax returns. Be just as petty to Republicans as Trump has been.

But ultimately the Democrats are adults and will not stop down to Trump's level

Yes there is stuff to hide or he would not be hiding it. Doesn’t give Congress the right to reveal it.

If a man runs out of clean underwear one day and puts his wife’s panties on it doesn’t give someone else a right to pull his pants down and reveal that fact.

I don't disagree.

The hypocrisy from Trump voters is what annoys me.

Trump supporters who defend Trump's right to refuse releasing his taxes today would be FURIOUS in 2020 if a Democrat didn't release theirs.

Can you imagine the outrageous monologues and conspiracies Hannity and Tucker would have pitched if Obama didn't release his tax returns in 2008 before taking office??

I don’t think a Democrat could get through the primaries without releasing his returns. Republicans are more likely to understand taking every deduction possible to keep your taxes to the legal minimum.

Does anyone really think that if Trump had cheated on his taxes we'd not have heard about it by now? He gets audited every freakin' year! He knows the Deep State and the Left have been out to get him forever so he's very careful and even over pays. Sean Hannity does, too, by the way for the same reason.

Avenutti and Manafort, just to name two, owed back taxes. Whenever that happens the info goes public.

The Loony Left are so far out on a limb they are dancing on the skinny branches and you know what happens when you dance on the skinny branches...
