Mueller's conclusion on obstruction:

Mueller has to defend that flip flop under cross-examination in the Senate. It looks bad for him.

The question I would ask him is: Why were you unable to reach that judgment? you had unlimited subpoena powers, millions of dollars and 2 years. Why didn't you subpoena the President if you were investigating him on obstruction, you need intent to make obstruction work.
It says in the document—because they took a NONTRADITIONAL view—
They knew the OLC did not believe a sitting president can be indicted—right or wrong—they couldn’t charge him
If they had, it would have been prejudicial if traditional legal proceeding were brought after Trump was out of office—
He would have been “prejudged” by time and Mueller’s report so a “fair” trial would have been basically impossible...
So it is like Wheel of Fortune’s puzzles—all the letters are there except for one or two but it is self-evident which two...anyone looking at the puzzle knows how to solve it...just depends on who gets the spin...
So Mueller is waiting for Congress to spin the wheel, fill in the missing letters, and win the jackpot...

The punishment is hanging by the neck.

Nope, not really. But keep believing it's "unbiased" reporting. 2020 looks great for Trump.

Here is a great summery of the Muller Report from Rachel Maddow

Trump haters wouldn't believe the truth no matter who reported it, right? Funny how the left has forgotten how this entire fiasco started. 2020 is looking good for Trump.

1) Why didn't you do a thorough investigation for you to determine if the President committed obstruction? We paid you millions of dollars, gave you unlimited subpoena powers and 2 years,,,,,, why can't you make the judgment?

2) So your investigation that you signed your name, did the President commit obstruction or not. Yes or NO and why?

3) What do you mean traditional prosecutions, is there another kind? explain to us Mr. Mueller.

4) If you believe that the President might have committed obstruction, why didn't you subpoena the President to get intent, which is critical in an obstruction case?

I have a feeling Mueller will come out looking bad.

Great questions, and I agree.

that is not what Mueller did...... he laid out evidence on both sides of obstruction, not recommending charges, but also not exonerating. He never mentions the OLC in his conclusion or report.

Is there a legal code in the DOJ for traditional and None when prosecuting?

Which you know he is going to be ask in the Senate with many other questions.

This is all a crock of BS.

No one elected the FBI to govern us.

Comey from the get go told Trump he wasn't being investigated for involvement with Russia.

There is NO reason Comey should not have also told the Congress and the American public the same thing.

The FBI via Comey basically held the American people and the Trump administration hostage from the get go and then even more so when he became a disgruntled rightfully fired employee.

This whole investigation was bogus from the start.

Did she cry on her show again?

And if so, why didn’t Mueller bring charges then?
