I'll take his conference the way I took his summary. Given 10 episodes of obstruction and Barr's unsolicited audition for the job, I'd rather see the report and hear from Mueller.

so why start the investigation on the Trump campaign in the first place if collusion to conspired with the Russians to meddle in the 2016 U.S. elections is not a legal term according to you?
Well, you just *knew* there’d be a band of sore losers, dissatisfied with anything but charges filed against POTUS, who would moan and groan over Barr, cry foul, attempt to rewrite legal terminology, and otherwise emote in laughable ways if Mueller couldn’t uncover collusion. And looky! They are all readily identifying themselves here now.

Barr had the opportunity to rise above the politics and partisanship today. He had a chance to show the American people that he really meant it when he said his goal was to be as transparent as possible.
He failed miserably, as Barr showed extreme bias in Trump's favor, even empathizing.
Hopefully Mueller will be testifying within the next few weeks. Barr said in the presser that he will not block Mueller from testifying
