Your opinions are typically absolute. "never happen" and judgments "theres not a whole of of behavior more neo-Nazi..." are both irresponsible. And yet, somehow, you completely avoid that a plot that attempted to covertly subvert the will of the American people did actually take place. So it's very hard to take your opinions seriously.
When the whip comes down, if it's found that a person led these plots was a member of the government, military, or an elected official they could be tried in either venue if they were involved with a foreign country. You doubled down and in fact baked sugar cookies saying Trump had done so....and guess what? So now, at least have the humility to state you were absolutely incorrect and save us any further assertions.
You know what's coming. Will you still argue Trump was responsible, when they start indicting the people who actually colluded with other countries. Trump is not a saint and revenge will be served cold.
We are American's and if you don't like it that's just the way it goes. I am starting to doubt your understanding of our country and the millions of hardworking Americans who support our President.

No they couldn't. The ONLY people can be tried by military courts are those IN the military or civilians working directly WITH the military on military matters. Of course Trump supporters don't care about the law so it doesn't matter to them because they are totalitarians at heart - just like Trump himself.
Folks with common sense and ethics understand them just fine.
