The report was written in such a way so all the media "lawyers" and pundits can try this in the court of public opinion.

In case you hadn't been paying attention, both Barr and, numerous times in Mueller's report, stated that the Russians had an extensive operation to try to influence the election. As it appears you also haven't been reading or watching the news for the past couple years, Mueller even indicted several Russians on charges related to that.

I would want Obama, Bush or even potentially Hillary investigated if there was this amount of innuendo. Would you? If yes, why is Trump different?

Just like when Mueller reported to Congress in 2003 under oath that Iraq had WMD's and it turned out it was false. He knew Saddam wasn't going to come to the USA and challenge him or defend himself on the report. So whatever he said on Iraq went unchallenged.
Your point is that you believe the president and Putin over US intelligence. Ok, that hold's no credibility. Most American's believe Mueller and the Intelligence over the president, a known liar and Putin a dictator. Some of the president's supporters are in a different reality, a reality the country can't come close to understanding. The Never Trump GOP is growing.

The "news" that you are referring to has been very largely 'Fake news' from a hyper-partisan, hysterical Democrat left media who are among the most aggressive, unconscionable liars that out planet has ever known. Their handling of this episode proves that, by the way.

The Russians did not alter the outcome of the election and you know it. Lie through your teeth and say otherwise if you cannot control yourself. But those are the facts.

Technically you are correct, but that's only because it would be basically impossible to determine if it changed the outcome of the election. You would have to have access to a parallel universe in which in one of the universes, the Russians didn't try to interfere, and in the other, they did try to interfere, and see if the outcomes in the two different universes were any different.

But, alas, we don't have a machine that can take us into parallel universes (and back through time, too boot!) so ultimately it's all speculation as to whether their efforts made any difference or not.
