No Americans includes Trump.

He hasn't been acting guilty. He has said from day one he didn't conspire with Russia to influence the election. And, that is exactly what Mueller's investigation found.
Yet he’s NOT exonerated AND like with a lot of people who have broken the law themselves they too got away with said crime. So found guilty doesn’t mean he’s innocent your fooling yourself if you think otherwise.
please Trump spend taxpayers money running around the country whining about how innocent he is.
A guilty person would ride it out quietly and move on with their business.

so a prosecutor to ruin a defendant or a suspect can say I didn't find any evidence of a crime but I didn't find any evidence of exoneration? What prosecutor talks like that?

and by the way, exonerate is wrongly used. To be exonerated you must be charged with a crime, given a trial and convicted and then a judge, Supreme Court or even a jury exonerates you.

We don't convict people from a prosecution 1 sided report that no indictments were filed. Not in this country.

It looks like Schiff knows and wants to find out more. If he was my Congressperson, he would have my vote. The guy is on top of the corrupt Kremlin president.

Insufficient evidence is just that—insufficient
Doesn’t mean a crime was not committed—-
Only that enough evidence wasn’t discovered to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt...

And there are 12 investigatigations still chomping away on crimes that were discovered and hope to obtain enough evidence to convict
Likely there are indictments that are sealed and lying in wait for Trump and his 3 oldest children and others

I remind you that Eric Prince and Steve Brannon both spoke to Mueller’s investigators under a proffer agreement
You don’t do that if there is no evidence of wrongdoing on someone’s part...

Barr himself admitted that the Trump campaign was in communication with the Russians—government and adjunct—
That they BOTH had the same goal—get Trump elected
And apparently there is no “smoking gun” to prove they conspired at this point—
How convenient Mueller cut his investigation short...
But that evidence could still show up...especially since Trump and his kids haven’t been tried and found not guilty in court of law....there is always time as long as you don’t have to worry about double jeopardy...

The Mueller report was clear that due to the AG/DOJ stance of not indicting a sitting President, it would be unfair to make an accusation when Trump had no forum to defend his innocence, that the Congress could take it up if they wanted as they were the ones with the Constitutional authority to do so.

There were at least 10 areas of evidence of obstruction of justice.

No one would ever be charged with collusion as collusion is not a federal crime.

We've been over this countless times. What is so difficult to comprehend?

Yes—several people on MSNBC were referring to the counterintelligence report started by McCabe
It hasn’t been resolved
And apparently is still working away like dwarves in the golf mine

It has been explained to his supporters a million times. The reality is they rather deny, deflect and play delusional at every turn. There is no point in reasoning with them anymore. That's why his base is 38% and his approval rating is the same. He could shoot someone and he won't lose a vote.

His supporters know the report doesn't say there is insufficient evidence on obstruction. It says there are 10 episodes. The reason the president wasn't charged is that he can't be indicted AND it's up to Congress and/or prosecution when he leaves office. It's the same reason he is marked an unindicted co-conspirator with Cohen. That's the reason Cohen is headed to jail and the president won't go to jail now. He can be charged when he leaves office. So his supporters are like bots at this point to challenge the report. With all these investigations, he will have some charges or lawsuits waiting for him when he leaves office.
