As comic and analysts like to point out, Trump does it all himself. Like when he smugly said he fired Comey apropos of the Russia investigation.

Even now, apparently Mueller has stated that Trump made repeated attempts to obstruct - and was only unsuccessful because staff refused to marrying out his orders.
